"The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with a gas AGA and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and TV, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a cloakroom. The bedroom consists of a king-size with TV and walk-in wardrobe, along with a main shower room. Outside there is a front patio area, and off-road parking for two cars. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles and a pub in 1.3 miles, and please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in this property. A travel cot and highchair will be available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Brookfield is the ideal base for a romantic break to the Peak District. Note: The property is set on the owner's land, with additional properties. Note: There are steps inside the property. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
