"Oakwood Lodge is split across three levels and consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room a ground-floor twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private rear multi-level garden with patio, lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars and bike storage in the shed. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request. Oakwood Lodge is a wonderful getaway in Derbyshire. Note: There are four steps up to the kitchen and living spaces. Please note: this property can be booked alongside Oakwood House (1057697), sleeping a total of 18 guests when booked together. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
