This wonderful apartment house is located close to the sea and consists of eight holiday apartments (CIM432 - CIM439), which can accommodate from two to four people. Even if the apartments are located in the quieter residential area of Medulin, they are still close enough to the town center, what makes them ideal for couples and families with children. Due to the direct proximity to the sea from the apartments a beautiful view on the sea is offered only the holiday apartment CIM437 has a partial sea view. On the fenced plot there are two swimming pools one of which is for children of about 20 m² size and the second is about 40 m². Of course, there is a covered terrace with barbecue which is shared by all guests of the apartment house.
