"Chy Rani consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining table for two and a first-floor sitting room with TV. The bedroom is a double with en-suite walk-in shower. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with furniture and sea views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub and beach 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy the tranquility of the sea with a stay at Chy Rani. Note: The staircase at the property is spiraled and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is no door between the bedroom and sitting room. Note: There is a curtain between the bedroom and en-suite walk-in shower."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
