"Barn 5 consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and air fryer, a dining area with seating for five, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, another double, and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed gravelled garden with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. You'll find a shop in 2.6 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Barn 5 is a lovely base for exploring Cornwall. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
