THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN TOTALLY RENOVATED INCLUDING NEW KITCHEN, NEW BATHROOM AND BRAND NEW FURNITURE. A spacious bungalow with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus cloakroom within walking distance to the beach and all amenities. There is also a sofa bed offering space for an additional 2 people. Extra charges apply. Set in a pretty complex in Riviera Del Sol with a beautiful pool, tennis court and children’s play area. All accommodation is arranged on one level with direct access from the terrace to the manicured gardens and pool area (there are a few steps to the pool). There is air conditioning in the lounge area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the kitchen. Complementary WIFI is also provided along with internet television offering a selection on European channels. 200 meters to shops bars and restaurants and just 100 meters to the beach. The pool is open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. A perfect holiday villa choice for families and couples of all ages. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
