New apartment in the complex Sun Valley in La Cala Golf. It has been furnished to high standards and it’s been nicely decorated. It is very well equipped with quality appliances and with all the necessary for a pleasant stay, like good WiFi connection, central AC and an HD Smart TV with international channels and streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc... The terrace offers breathtaking views to the golf course and the valley. The apartment is located within a 10 minute drive to the coastal town of La Cala de Mijas, it’s an ideal location for golfers playing at La Cala Golf or people who like to enjoy the views of the golf course area. It’s a very quiet and relaxing area with beautiful landscapes and easy access to the main roads for exploring the area and visiting nearby locations like Malaga, Marbella, Sevilla, Ronda, Cordoba, also close to beautiful hiking routes. My name is Aitor, I manage this apartment and I’ll be your host. I will meet you at arrival to hand you the keys and show the apartment. You’ll have my phone number to contact me in case you need any assistance. I strive to have a fast and clear communication. As you walk into the apartment, you’ll find the living room and the open plan kitchen, there is a comfortable sofa and a couple of seats to watch TV and sit indoors. There is a dining table that can comfortably seat 6 people. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher… There are also pans, pots and cooking utensils as well as glasses, dishes and cutlery. You can access the terrace from the living room. The terrace has a dining table and a chill out area, there are awnings that can be open separately for shade in the dining area or the chill out seats, also awnings to cover the front of the terrace and can also be controlled separately. The master bedroom has a Cal King size bed (width 180cm/70’), the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds which could be put together. The beds are very comfortable and they have quality linen, towels are provided for each guest, and the bedrooms can be completely darkened with the automatic blinds on the windows. All windows also have mosquito nets. There are two bathrooms, both with a walk in shower and one of which is en suite in the master bedroom. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The complex is well maintained and has an inviting swimming pool, with a small one for little kids. Since it’s a small complex the pool is never overcrowded and there is plenty of grass area to settle down. You can see the swimming pool from the terrace. You’ll have a private parking space too. We take special measures in the cleaning of the apartment. We use disinfectant products, wash all linens and towels at a temperature of 60°C, and we use an ozone generator to disinfect the air, surfaces, curtains and sofas... Also, the apartment remains vacant at least 24 hours in between guests. I have a travel cot available but please let me know in advance that you require it.
