Santa Barbara Heights is a private gated development within the Club La Costa World resort. The apartment has a wrap-around terrace offering sea views to the front and mountain views to the rear and has its own private plunge pool. There is a good WiFi connection, international TV channels, Bluetooth speaker and air conditioning. The apartment has been newly furnished to the highest standard. The living room has a dining table/chairs and a large comfortable sofa. There is a 65" Ultra HD 4k Smart TV with international channels and apps (Netflix, YouTube or Amazon). A control panel operates the lighting and AC which can be set separately for the living room and each bedroom. The dual aspect terrace has a large dining table with chairs and a chill out area with sofa, armchairs and a small table. There is also a small sea saltwater plunge pool on the terrace. The apartment can sleep a total of 4 people; it has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a 43" Ultra HD 4k Smart TV connected to the internet and with streaming apps. Both bedrooms also have automatic blackout window shutters and separate AC controls. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms; the main bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath with shower and the second bedroom has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There are also a variety of pans, pots, cooking utensils and other small electrical appliances.
