This luxury two bedroom apartment is in the popular urbanisation Rancho B and is close to the beach and other amenities. The apartment has two king size bedrooms with comfortable large beds in each room. There is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. There is also another bathroom with a walk in shower. The lounge has comfortable seating. There is a dining table and chairs in the lounge . The kitchen is very well equipped with oven , hob , fridge freezer , microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and a table and chairs for al fresco drinks. There is no lift in the complex so you do have to use stairs to access the apartment. It is a short stroll from the apartment to a selection of bars and restaurants to choose from, also a few minutes in the other direction is a new supermarket, stocking everything you might need during your stay. A fifteen minute stroll will take you into the village where there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants to choose from. From typical Spanish cuisine at the Venta Sorroche, to good pub grub at Biddy Mulligans, nearby you will find El Oceano, spend the afternoon around their pool bar, or for evening meals or Sunday Lunches, with an Ocean View you cannot go wrong. For the golfers Miraflores golf club is a short drive away.
