Details of the Villa

Villa is situated on the hill in Mlini in community Župa Dubrovacka. Villa is only 10 minutes from airport Cilipi and 15 minutes from the unique and beautiful town of Dubrovnik. It only takes couple minutes to near beaches,malls and stores with car . Walking to a beach, bus stop or grocery store it takes 10-20 minutes, going back little bit more because its uphill. Area which is very peaceful and quiet, rare traffic around villa, safe for children, privacy guaranteed, villa is from main road 700m far by car (couple minutes, this part of road little bit narrow to villa), by foot 500m far (5-6min),. The property extends over three floors and includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms . There is around 800 m2 living area . On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and living room ( 1 big sofa ) with terrace ( sea view) . Each bedroom has satellite television, air conditioning and bathroom. Master bedroom has 1 double bed, walk in wardorebe and large bathrom with jacuzzi and seperate shower tub. Second bedroom has 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. There is a living room with mini bar and big sofa bed , and exit to the balcony with sea view.Capacity on floor for 8 people. On level (first floor) where is main entrance to villa there is a spacious living room giving on to both a large terrace and a balcony, kitchen, outside kitchen, BBQ and dining room. A large pergola with summer kitchen, fireplace and dining space provides you with the ability to enjoy the breathtaking view . The surrounding garden area includes, in additional to a range of trees, plants and flowers, a variety of herbs ,together with a spacious covered garage for 3 cars, additional parking not covered and video surveillance of the entire facility: just some of the details provided by one of the most beautiful residences in the entire Dubrovnik region. All around the villa are walls or trees so nobody can enter inside the property. On the groundfloor there are 2 bedrooms (have double bed each, bedrooms dont have view ) , living room, dining room ( garden and sea view ), kitchen and 1 bathroom. Every room is equipped with A/C. Capacity for 4 people .On the ground floor there is also luxurious indoor swimming pool (glass doors can be opened all around ) . The pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi , two waterfalls , pool has access onto a large terrace for sun bathing. There is also sauna and fitness. Also outside in the garden there is little pool for children. Below the pool there is separate apartment with separate parking and entrance where owners live, owners go in villa only on guest request or to maintain swimming pool and garden in agreement with guests. We provide towels for pool, baby cot, baby chair for eating, kitchens are fully equipped. There is new shooping center opened near Mlini in Srebreno 5 minutes far from villa by car. There are plenty shops like H&M, New Yorker, Sport Vision, Mass, Tom Tailor, Magic Baby , DM, Muller ,Sushi bar and plenty more, there is also huge supermarket and restaurants. It is possible to organise wedding, birthdays and all kind events in our garden, dinner for 30 - 40 people in garden. All adittional info when enquiry is made. The common spaces of the house are furnished with restored antique Alt Deutsch and Biedermeier furniture, Meissen (Dresden) porcelain and a private collection of Murano glass. From the pool area there is a direct access to a sun-bathing terrace and a large formal garden filled with Mediterranean plants such as orange trees, olive trees, cypresses, flowers and herbs, as well as water fountains. We can offer you warm and cosy hospitality. We also offer cheaper taxi service (than regular) on call at any time if you want to discover Old city or surroundings,drink glass of wine or you don't want to bother driving. And any other services you want (boat trips, rent a car...). If you just want to enjoy and relax in our villa ,all you need is to seat on one of plenty terraces and experience our welness where you can enjoy in glorious views onto the pleasant terraced Mediterranean garden with the blue Adriatic sea, the bay of Mlini, or if you decide to go sightseeing old city or surroundins its just 10-15min far. No matter what weather you can enjoy in our big indoor pool (heated).
