A cosy modern studio 1st Floor apartment in a purpose built complex in the picturesque Savoie town of Bourg Saint. Perfect location for winter skiing holidays, summer mountain activities or simply relaxing by the swimming pool. The Studio is a modern, bright with a separate bedroom with real double bed plus one raised real single bed and lots of storage area in the hall. There is also a good quality double sofa bed in the living room The beautiful town centre of Bourg Saint Maurice is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Dedicated free parking spaces All duvets and pillows are provided but the customer must provide their own bed linen, towels, t-towels etc. The apartment is fully kitted out for the independent traveller who enjoys to self-cater. Pleasant bathroom with sink and very powerful shower. A kitchen with all accessories including dishwasher and washing machine! There is also fast wifi available for a small extra fee. Guest will find the apartment clean and tidy and must leave the apartment as they found it ready for the next guest. It is not very large but it is very cosy and has a lovely feel about it. During the summer, you can even enjoy the swimming pool that is exclusively for the use of the apartment owners in the complex and their guests. Guest can come and go independently as they please and have sole use of the entire apartment. A detailed welcome pack will be sent out prior to guests stay which includes lot of important information including how to find the complex and locate the apartment. This makes life very simple for guests. Guests can arrive whenever they choose (after the earliest check in time of 2pm, earlier upon request). Checkout time is 11am as standard but late check out may be available upon request. The town of Bourg Saint Maurice is friendly, incredibly beautiful and quintessentially French :-) Everywhere in Bourg Saint Maurice is easily walk-able and in fact very enjoyable because it is such a lovely place. For transfers in and out of the area or to travel outside of Bourg Saint Maurice there is a bus and train station only 5 minute walk away and here you can always find plenty of taxis too. You can walk to the funicular (train taking you up the mountains) within 5 minutes and be up in the mountains on the train within 6 minutes for an amazing day out of walking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding or having a picnic depending on the season. Very regular service - typically every 20 minutes.
