Villa le Nuvole is a villa rental of recent construction built in Tuscan stone, situated on the Montaione hills in the countryside between Florence and Volterra. It is part of a large property with meadows and woods giving a sense peace and calm. From this raised position a fantastic view of the surrounding valley can be admired. The accommodation is ideal for a family even with children or couples of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday throwing in some excursions to the many small villages which are spread around this part of Tuscany, first and foremost, San Gimignano, but also to Florence and Siena. Panoramic glass sliding doors on all sides face the stone-paved courtyard, part of it with lawns, full of garden furniture with the swimming pool in the centre (8 x 5 with central Jacuzzi, (0.90-1.00m deep)(01/05-30/09). Included in the price: central heating, air conditioning, Internet connection, a maid for 1 hour/day (Monday – Friday, 3 bathroom linen changes a week, final cleaning, beach towels for use at the pool with weekly change, welcome basket, hairdryer in all the bathrooms, ironing board and iron. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay, folding baby bed up to 2 ½ years (90 euros/week), highchair (25 euros/week), baby bath(25 euros/week), extra bed for adults (350 euros/week). PLEASE NOTE: For 5-6 days rentals included in the price maid service for 2 hours (2 times) to clean the bathrooms and change the bathroom linen and 1 hour (1 time) to clean the kitchen. Pets are allowed upon request, against payment and after the rules of the house have been accepted. There are particular cancellation conditions for this accommodation in case the booking is cancelled. Security deposit must be paid by credit card. Check-in: between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. For late arrivals a 50 Euros fee will be applied for arrivals from 8 p.m. to 11.p.m. and 100 Euros after 11 p.m. ACCOMMODATION: (90 m2).
