Details of the Villa

Villa Seventy-Seven is located in Playa Blanca on the peaceful and tranquil residential area of Faro Park. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A/C, WiFi and roof terrace with a Hot Tub. Villa Seventy-Seven offers a mixture of traditional and modern Spanish architecture using a combination of granite and marble tiling for stunning results. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating with a wide screen TV, DVD player and IPTV box giving you plenty of UK channels to view. The master bedroom is a double room with A/C and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a standing fan. There is a separate bathroom with a large walk in shower. The kitchen has all the latest facilities, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, and large fridge/freezer. The kitchen has a breakfast bar to separate the lounge from the kitchen giving an open, sociable feeling to the villa. Off the kitchen is another indoor seating area that has magnificent sea views. This has wide dorrs that can be opened to give the feeling of being outdoors. These lead out to the extended terrace area where there is ample room for sunbathing and Al Fresco dining. Whilst the villa does not have a private pool, you will have access to the large community pool. This is only for residents of the Faro Park area and as such tends to be very quiet, meaning quite often you have the pool to yourself. You also have a private hot tub on the roiof terrace at the villa, this has fantastic uninterrupted views out to the sea. The villa is one of only a few on Faro Park that benefit from a gated roof terrace. From here the all-around sea and volcano views are stunning, which is perfect as this is where the private Hot Tub is located. Whilst the Hot Tub is available all day, it is in the evenings that it really comes into its own. There is nothing better than soaking in a warm Hot Tub with a drink gazing at the bright starry evenings Lanzarote enjoys. Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
