In a beautiful hillside location between Siena and Arezzo lies this nice holiday accommodation (semi-detached house) with private pool. The house is located at 630 m altitude just outside Palazzuolo on the edge of the forest - an ideal location to rest and relax. Ground floor with living room and kitchen, exit to the covered terrace. Two bedrooms, each with bathroom. On the 1st floor (attic) is the third living room, a studio with single bed, bathroom. Private garden area in front of the house; Patio with barbecue; slightly below, with a unique panoramic view, lies the pool area with outdoor shower, cabin and toilet. The friendly owners live in a separate apartment in the basement; They do not only pamper their four-legged flatmates (cats), but also cook for their holiday guests on request: the couple has made cooking a passion! In Palazzuolo you will find a good restaurant. For all kind of shopping, bars and and ice-cream parlours, good aperitifs but also culture (exhibitions, concerts in the rose garden), the charming town of Monte San Savino offers you a wide offer. Wednesday is market day! On cooler days, the warm thermal baths of Rapolano are a nice destination (18 km). The location is ideal not only for hiking, but also for biking in the gentle, but sometimes challenging hills of the area. Visit Arezzo (30 km), Siena (35 km) and Chianti (30 km).
