Cozy independent holiday house set in the countryside approx. 6 km from Montespertoli. The house has been created by renovating a former hayloft and is perfect for hot summer days by the pool or cold autumn nights by the fireplace. This beautiful property is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Chianti, along the Via Francigena . The surrounding grounds develop on two levels. On the upper level, in front of the house, there is a restored loggia and a manicured lawn with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. On the lower level, there is a swimming pool and covered loggia bordered by hedges and flowers, allowing sunbathing, swimming and outdoor dining. Nice décor with some antiques. Access to the house via 800 m of gravel road, partly descending. On request services upon local payment: extra cleaning and a cook (preparing home made pizza in the wood burning oven and organizing tastings at local farms ). The owner can also organize events, parties, theme dinners, which must be requested when booking. From the house, one can walk to the medieval hamlet of Lucardo where there are two good restaurants, one with a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside and the other one, a pizzeria, with typical Tuscan food. Nearby there are prestigious farms producing excellent wine and olive oil.
