Details of the Villa

Its outdoors are simply spectacular, since they feature such a wide garden with large terraces from which you are going to be able to contemplate the mountains as well as Mallorcan nature. Furthermore, it has a salt private pool that sizes 12*5 m with a depth of 0.9 to 1.7 m. Just relax on 1 of the 12 sun loungers, spend pleasant evenings at the Chill-out or make a barbecue in the open air. This 570m2 two-storey house is a real gem of Mallorcan rural architecture, since it conserves many historical and traditional elements that give it even more charm. It features 4 bedrooms, that are distributed into two floors: 1 double bed dormitory on the ground floor and the other 3 are on the 1st floor (2 of them have double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and, finally, the third dormitory has two twin beds. Moreover, there are two more bathrooms that service to the entire the house, one of which is on the ground floor and the other one is a toilette on the 1st floor. A cot can also be provided. Its traditional, charming, Mallorcan kitchen, independent and with gas hob, is totally equipped so that you can cook without any problems. In the laundry, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining room is the typical old stately Mallorcan one, decorated in such a historical style. There is a very big living room on the 1st floor, quite luminous and charm. It is really cosy with a rustic style and, apart from that, it has SAT-TV. You can get relaxed on its sofa either reading a book or simply resting next to the chimney. Besides, there is a study with an office table and some chairs/armchairs. The house is located at about 1 km from Montuïri, in a privileged rural environment. It has good access to different sites of interest and leisure. In Montuïri you will find anything you may need during your stay. The Museum Son Fornés is definitely worth a visit: it is situated in a 18th century flour mill and exhibits pottery and bone-, stone- and bronze tools from the megalithic stage. You also might like to visit the archaeological site of Son Fornés or the oratory “Mare de Déu de la Bona Pau”, situated on top of the 259m high hill Puig de Sant Miquel. At 27 km is located the beach of Sa Ràpita as well as many other beaches that are located nearby that same zone. 5 outdoor parking places + 1 covered parking place. There is a charging station for electric vehicle. If you want to use it, there is also a counter aside and the cost is 0.25€/kW. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
