"Ty Bryn (Hill House) sits on a small hill in Morfa Nefyn on the Llyn Peninsula, a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. What's more, this welcoming holiday cottage is just a few minutes' walk from the stunning coastal path. A versatile house with sea views and masses of space both inside and out. You are close to sandy beaches, an excellent Spar with fresh produce, pubs and restaurants.
With ground floor bedrooms and a variety of seating options, this is ideal for every generation to enjoy and to make happy holiday memories together in North Wales! Only a short stroll along the cliff path will lead you to the Cliffs Pub where you can enjoy a cold drink and excellent food or relax on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the beautiful sunsets over the bay.

The Llyn Peninsula is so, so lovely and Morfa Nefyn has much to offer. Fabulous walks along the dramatic coastline and one, in particular, that's not to be missed is the walk that ends at the famous Ty Coch Inn at Porthdinllaen (voted in the top 10 best beach bars in the world!). Take a boat trip to Bardsey Island and you may well spot a seal or a dolphin and maybe hear a story or two of shipwrecks and smugglers caves.

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
