"Mill House consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast table, a dining area/conservatory with TV and seating for six people, sitting room with TV, books, and woodburning stove, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms consist of one ground floor double with en-suite, one ground floor double, one king-size, one double with en suite, and one family room with bunk and double, along with a shower room and ground floor bathroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed, surround patio, lawn, and gravelled garden with furniture and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Mill House is a marvellous base for an Ireland escape. Note: Owners live beside the house. Note: Property is wheelchair accessible from the rear. Please NOTE: Last week of October 31st, 1st and 2nd November, there is a Halloween celebration all weekend with parade fireworks and people dressing up. Great atmosphere and visitors from all over the world. "
