"The living areas consist of a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a sitting room with TV, DVD player, Amazon Firestick with Netflix, a selection of books, DVDs, and games, and an electric fire, a conservatory/dining room, and a cloakroom with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, along with a shower room. Outside there is a front patio, an enclosed rear garden with patio, barbecue, and furniture, a private driveway for one car, and unrestricted roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 1 mile, and the beach in 0.6 miles. Stairgates installed to both the top and bottom of the staircase.
