In the front of this two-storey house, the beautiful porch ending in a great terrace becomes the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing breakfast on the exterior table and chairs. Then, you can sit on the rocking chairs and bask in the sea breeze and the peace around. The beach is only 40 metres away and you can spend a fantastic day by the sea and then when you come back home, take a shower under the exterior spray and cook a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours. Inside, the open room comprising the living, the dining and the kitchen invites to have a seat on the sofa and watch the satellite TV by the fireplace or have lunch all together. It also is equipped with AC. The open kitchen is perfect to cook succulent dishes on the gas top, but you will also find oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything you can need. A bedroom with a double bed, closet and space for a baby cot and a high chair, as well as a toilet, complete this main floor. There is a bathroom with a tub upstairs and two more bedrooms, both with twin beds and a closet. One has access to a cosy terrace where you can also enjoy a good reading for example. There is another AC unit in the corridor in order to acclimatise the bedrooms. Finally, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The location of this chalet is perfect because you will reach everything you need in a few minutes. Nevertheless, you can also drive or take the bus since the stop is only 900 metres away and the bus passes by every 15 minutes in the high season. You can visit Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa or Can Picafort, among many other wonderful places. The beach in this area is characterised by its fine and white sand and the clear water. You can spend the day swimming or simply walking along the shore. You will also find lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice-cream parlours and all kinds of shops. Pets are not allowed.
