The exterior area of the property is clear and there is an 8x4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.80m; and you can find a shower in the area to cool off. In the pool surroundings there are also 6 sunbeds to relax and unwind from the daily routine while sunbathing. As a whole, you will enjoy a 25m2 paved area and another 560m2 fenced-in lawn area. To access the house, you have to go through a fantastic 30m2 furnished porch, where you can enjoy fantastic evenings with your family and friends. The fixed barbecue is located on the lawn of the property and there you can easily dazzle your friends and family with your cooked outdoors dishes. In this house there are 5 parking spaces for vehicles and its privacy is partial. The room in which the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are located is a great space and contributes to share unforgettable moments with your family and friends. This room has air conditioning and is the ideal area to relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and provides you with everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including electric stove. The laundry area is in the kitchen and it gives you access to 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in this property, 1 with 1 double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds. 2 of the bedrooms have wardrobes, there is 1 crib for the youngest members of the house, and you also have access to 2 additional spaces on the sofa bed, at no additional cost. This home offers 4 bathrooms, 3 in suite with shower, and the 4th which is a washroom. This property has air conditioning in the entire house. The house is located in Muro, but is only 6km away from the tourist area of Can Picafort. In Can Picafort there is a market every Friday morning, where you can access many local products. This property is located within walking distance of the public estate of Son Real, where you can visit the dunes, streams, take a stroll through its typical Mediterranean vegetation and visit the archaeological ruins. In this area of the island of Mallorca you have access to many services and entertainment both during the day and at night. There are also beautiful fine white sand beaches where you can practice a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skis, boat trips or rent all kinds of vehicles. Pets cannot be accommodated at this property. The holding of events is not allowed at this property.
