Enjoy a nice evening with your family in the garden, maybe having a drink under the sunshade of the terrace of sunbathing by the pool on four loungers. The garden comprises a lawn area, a small fishpond and different plants - your kids will find lot of space to play! There's a private, 3.5m x 3.5m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.20m. Thanks to the mobile barbecue, you can prepare tasty meals outside. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbours nearby so you'll enjoy privacy. The rooms are distributed on one floor and 120m2. There's a sitting-dining room with satellite-TV. The nicely furnished kitchen offers a gas stove, a table with four chairs as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This house has three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed. All three come with a closet. The bathroom of the house has a shower. Upon request we can provide a cot and a high chair. You'll find ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. This house is set between Muro and Can Picafort, less than 3 km from Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach. Enjoy a relaxed day on the sand beach and try our Mediterranean cuisine in one of the restaurants. Can Picafort has lots of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and everything else you may need during your stay. A car is necessary. There is exterior parking for 4 cars. Pets are not allowed.
