You can enjoy the best family vacations in this wonderful country house and especially in its exteriors. The private chlorine pool measures 9 x 4 meters, has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 meters and guarantees a refreshing swim after a day at the beach or visiting the island. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the huge and comfortable porch with views of the mountains. The property is fenced and privacy is total. Inside, the luminous house is spread over a single floor in a modern and cosy style. You can relax on the comfortable sofa while watching TV. There is a second living room with a sofa and another TV-set. The protagonist of the house is undoubtedly the kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you may need to cook during your holidays, and with a huge and comfortable dining table where you can enjoy your best dishes in the company of your loved ones. The house also offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The rest area is made up of three beautiful bedrooms, one with a trundle bed and the other two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. In addition, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby. The house has heat pump AC system in all rooms and there are screen roller blinds to protect from the sun beams. The house is very close to Muro, where you can find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, a breath-taking long beach with white sand and turquoise waters, and one of the best on the island, without a doubt. But you can visit other interesting places such as Alcúdia, Pollensa or Sierra de Tramuntana. If one day you fancy playing golf, the closest course is in Pollensa, located 16.3 km away from the house. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
