Can Rafelino is a magnificent rustic villa for 6 people located on the outskirts of Llubí, the heart of Mallorca. The villa, with a built area of ??190 m2, offers spectacular exteriors with a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m2 and a minimum depth of 0.60 and a maximum of 1.70, which is ideal for cooling off or simply relaxing on one of its 7 sun loungers. This house is perfect for families as it has a garden where you can enjoy a game of "ping-pong". On the land there are orange trees, which you can pick and eat directly from the tree. There is a small porch for the barbecue for those who love outdoor cooking. There is also another porch equipped with a table with chairs to spend great evenings. The house, on one level, has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, and 1 with two single beds; has availability for two cots. There is an air conditioner in the corridor of the rooms. In addition there are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub that serve the entire house. The living room and kitchen are located in the same space and have air conditioning and a wood stove. Relax on the sofas either watching Satellite-TV, reading a book or simply resting. There is a table with chairs in the dining room where you can have great evenings with your family or friends. The gas kitchen is a very cozy area, separated from the living room area with a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped so you can cook without any impediment. There is an iron, ironing board and washing machine. Llubi is located 3.2 km from the house and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca; It is a small, charming and very welcoming town. Just 20 minutes away by car are the beaches of Can Picafort and Puerto Alcúdia. 30 minutes away you will find other beaches such as Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor. They are beaches with soft white sand and crystal clear shallow waters, ideal for children. All of them offer a multitude of water activities, such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. Both in Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença, we find a promenade where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay and the beach, and where we also find pleasant local, tourist shops, cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants open air etc. If what you like is hiking or cycling, you will find different routes in the nature of the island to enjoy short excursions.
