Details of the House

Discover our bright village house of 142 m² (1530 sqm), remodeled by an architect and spaces designer, located 200 meters (650 foot) far from the Canal du Midi and the tourist office, shops, restaurants, bars, ... in a quiet dead end. We have kept the authentic character of this house, and neat contemporary treatment, to offer you all the comforts you want during your stay: air conditioning in each habitable room, equipped kitchen, king size beds, relaxation pool with waterfall .. . This house is made with local stones, You will find here warm, raw, natural and authentic materials (solid wood, leather ...), such as people here! The large green patio and its relax-pool are often called "haven of peace" by people who come here to rest and peace, without compromising comfort and practicality. We are attentive to your needs and desires: we will put you in touch with a masseuse, a bicycles renter, a 2CV to joyride in scrubland, ... Tell us what you want, we'll do everything we can to help you. The 3 bedrooms all have kingsize 180x200 beds, which can be separated into 2 beds 90x200 at your request. So you can sleep together or separately, simply tell us your choice, your beds will be made when you arrive, so you just have to relax! We like trust and quality relationships, that's why we offer the tourist tax, and the equipment is included (bed linen, towels, table linen ...). No bad surprise. In high and medium season, on the banks of the canal, restaurants, bars, ice creams, shops, art galleries, bookstore, etc ... (out of season: 2 bars-restaurants) Discover our beautiful region : Cathar castles, wine road, beautiful classified villages, unspoilt nature, cultural activities, roman architecture, sports activities ... The house is completely no-smoking. Here we are sensitive to the preservation of the environment : ask for our eco friendly gesture (Gîte recognized official, declared to the prefecture under registration number 2017-01, town hall of St Nazaire d'Aude). 5-star ranking obtained in 2018.
