"Thomond Hill, a single-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for four, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a sitting room with TV, a selection of books and games, and an open fire. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with TVs and en-suites with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a family room with a TV and en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Travel cot and highchair are available upon request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a wraparound enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, and two picnic benches. Off-road parking at the front for two cars and off-road parking at the rear for three cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 0.8 miles. Uncover the best of County Donegal and its surrounding areas with a holiday at Thomond Hill."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
