To the rear of the property is a private patio and decking area with furniture, and to the front is roadside parking. College Cottage is a delightful base for a small family of four seeking a holiday by the sea. Note: There are three steps up to the kitchen area. Check-in 4PM. PLEASE NOTE: Electric Vehicle Charging is not permitted at this property, if this occurs, the owner reserves the right to charge for this from the Good Housekeeping Bond.
