"The kitchen/diner houses an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating and a sitting room with open fire, a games console, a selection of games and colouring books, 4 x Smart TV. The bedrooms include two doubles and twin, serviced by a shower room. Front lawn with furniture, an enclosed rear lawn, and a private driveway. Within 0.6 mile or less there is a shop, beach and pub. Three pets welcome but please do check the size of the garden on the advert pictures to ensure the property is suitable for you. Sorry, no smoking WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Normandy is a delightful escape, whatever time of year. Note: Note: The property is wheelchair-friendly, and a ramp for both the front and rear of the property can be requested for greater accessibility (doors are 2ft 6' wide. Note: Guests can also contact the owner to arrange the hire of a powered mobility scooter for outside use only, there is also an outdoor wheelchair with safety belt and brakes but this not for indoor use it can only be used outside. If guest are unsure if this suitable they need to being their own wheelchair and please take note of the door width. Also if required a trailer for their vehicle for greater accessibility. Note: The front lawn is not enclosed. Note: If you wish to book an alternative check in day to Friday during the Christmas week, please get in touch before booking. Note: Property will be decorated for Christmas. (There are tumble dryer facilities at the service station approx 2 miles away at Morfa Nevyn).
