A very cozy air-conditioned apartment close to the beach within walking distance of the city center. Apartment Kika is located in the town of Nerja in a quiet street. Shops, restaurants and other amenities are within walking distance from the apartment. The famous vantage point called Balcon de Europa and the old town are in a distance of about two kilometers and the popular beach of Burriana Beach, only 600 meters. So you do not necessarily need a car on your vacation. The apartment has a private terrace where you can enjoy the warmth of the Spanish sun resting on sun loungers and tasting the cheap but high quality local wine. If you feel hungry you can make delicious food in the barbeque and when you want to cool yourself just have a swim in the amazing pool at the yard nearby. The apartment has 60 m2 of size. There is a living / dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You can relax in the comfortable sofa in the living room and watch many international channels on TV. The apartment also has a DVD player, so bring some films with you. There is a table and chairs for six people in the dining area. Kitchen has all the things needed to satisfy even the most demanding taste. There is for instance a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. The apartment also has a washing machine. The large room which consists of the kitchen, dining area and living room has an air conditioner to either cool or heat the room. The wood-paneled walls create a cozy and warm atmosphere. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and an air conditioner. The apartment has sleeping accommodation for two, but the sofa bed in the living room has space for two children. We can also rent a crib for a baby. The apartment has an internet access which is available for you free of charge. Apartment Kika is a lovely apartment close to city center services. Traffic noise can not be heard at the apartment, so here you can relax and enjoy the silence. If you crave the joys of restaurants or you want to admire the bright blue sparkling water of the sea, that all is within a short walking distance from the apartment. In this apartment you will have a holiday which you will remember a long time with warmth.
