Located in the exclusive Capistrano Playa urbanization, this 2-bedroom apartment (1 double bed and 2 single beds) is the perfect summer holiday destination. The place has 2 large private terraces overlooking Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has an ample living room, complete kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. Capistrano Playa is a gorgeous urbanization with typical Andalusian houses surrounding a large ornamental lake with plants and fishes. It is located on top of a hill, so it enjoys amazing views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk away from the Burriana beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street. Notes: The communal pools are closed from October to Easter. Also, this apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
