This apartment is located on the Balcon de Europa with its beautiful beaches. When you enter the apartment, all you can see is the sea in front of you! A beautiful view when relaxing on the terrace when sipping your Sangria! General: From street level, there is 1 step into the block of apartments and then you carry on down a short corridor to either go up the stairs or into the lift to the second floor. In the block there are 12 apartments. It has air conditioning, central heating, terrace, bed linen & towels, lift, internet. Living room: The living room has a terrace overlooking the Salon Beach. Kitchen: The kitchen has fridge, washing machine/dryer, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave/oven, toaster, coffeemaker etc Bedrooms: One double bed & two single beds. Bathrooms :The bathroom has a bath with a shower and cupboard with lights. Outside: Small terrace with chairs & table. Top Terrace: Upstairs a terrace where you can hang your washing to dry. Views: The property has stunning views to the sea. Parking: Parking is on the street (free) or in the Balcon de Europa underground car park at a fee. Facing/Sun: Property faces towards South. Close by: Nearby the property you can find pharmacy, restaurants, bars, clothing store, liquor store, food store, tobacco store, gift shop, supermarket. INTERNET / WIFI included - FREE Bed Linen & Towels are provided.... you just need to bring your beach towels. NOTE: If you need to change the date of your booking, by giving us 60 days notice, we can change this for you. There is a small admin fee of €20 within the 60 day period. Covid 19 Rules - Free cancellation if the local government closes the borders and therefore, are no longer allowing foreign travel into Spain.
