"The Dovecote, a cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and seating for four guests, and a first-floor sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin,and WC and zip and link serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is access to extensive grounds, a swimming pool, off-road parking and EV charging available. Sorry, no pets, no smoking and vaping. Within 2.3 miles a shop and 0.2 miles you will find a pub. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at The Dovecote. Note: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 9:30 am. Note: Property managers live on site. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond 250GBP."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
