There is also a family bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, dining room with multi-fuel stove, sitting room with conservatory and an external games room accessed via the unenclosed, multi-level garden. Outside is also a second garden area with an enclosed patio featuring an unfenced pond and there is also designated parking and a complimentary parking permit. Electric charging point - free of use.
