"227 Sycamore is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, wine cooler and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture, and off-road parking for one car, with additional parking in nearby public car parks also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 227 Sycamore is a charming base for your next getaway in Hampshire. Note: The sofa bed can sleep up to two additional guests. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: Cot bed, toddler bed guard, and booster seat available on request. Note: Highchair not provided. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
