Details of the Cottage
"In the historic village of Rockbourne is West Park Farm, a working beef and arable farm. Occasionally, if you'd like to get involved you may be able to help the owner with day to day farm tasks and you are welcome to explore the pretty bluebell wood. Also on site, you'll find a large pond and a hard tennis court, which you are welcome to use (but please bring your own racquets). West Park Farm is ideally placed for exploring the New Forest, the cathedral city of Salisbury and the sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Christchurch. What was once a small granary has been converted into a neat, detached studio. Small but perfectly formed much thought has been given to providing everything you'll need, without cluttering the compact space. The high raftered ceiling makes the living area feel spacious and the small kitchen area which has a two-ring halogen hob and a multi-function microwave is adequate for preparing simple meals. Note:One pet accepted charged at -ú60 per stay."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
