Details of the Cottage
"Nyth Fach consists of a kitchen with an electric combination (with microwave) oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle and toaster, a dining area with seating for two people and a woodburning stove, a sitting area with a Smart TV, selection of games and books and two woodburning stoves. The bedroom is king-size along with a shower room with a multi-jet power shower, double hand basin and WC. Outside there is an external utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, an enclosed front garden with a lawn and patio area with seating as well as private, off-road parking with space for one car. Within 2.2 miles you can find a shop and within 2.2 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price (beach towels not included). Nyth Fach is a splendid destination for your trip to the Welsh countryside. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
