"The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, dining area with seating for four and sitting area with Smart TV, there is also a utility with washer/dryer and freezer. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with Smart TVs serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a front patio with furniture. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles a pub. Sorry, no smoking, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore the Lake District at Bridge Cottage. Note: There a few steps up onto the patio, please take care. Note: Property is set on a main road so traffic noise may be heard from the property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
