"The Bothy is single-storey and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double, serviced by two shower rooms, one with a washing machine. Outside there is a non-enclosed front patio with furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Highchair and travel cot available. Within 0.9 miles you will find a shop and a lake, and within 2.9 miles, a pub. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, wood for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Escape to the beautiful countryside of Cumbria with a stay at The Bothy. Note: USB points in all bedrooms."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
