"2 Bens Row consists of two bedrooms; one double and one bunk room, with a separate family bathroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, a dining room with an electric fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, as well as a utility area. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can find a shop within 0.7 miles and a pub within 0.8 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 2 Bens Row is the ideal holiday spot for parents and their little ones. Note: The WiFi is password protected and the owners will provide this. Note: There is 100 GBP good housekeeping bond."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
