"The Bird House consists of an open-plan layout including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin, and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is allocated parking for 1 car, with one additional parking space on the grass (weather dependent) and an enclosed decking and patio area with furniture and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.9 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Bird House makes a lovely base for a woodland escape to Ceredigion. Note: There are 3 steps up to the property, please take care. Within The Birdhouse you will find a wealth of information about the local attractions also many DVDÔÇÖs, books and childrenÔÇÖs games."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
