"Gwaun Cottage consists of an open-plan kitchen/diner/living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for two people, and sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The double bedroom has underfloor heating, and is serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio area with fire pit and garden furniture overlooking the flower beds and communal garden and lawns with barbeque, play area, table tennis, outdoor chess/draughts and large play field for football. Separate communal golf field. EV charging available. Off-road parking by the cottage. One-well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. YouÔÇÖll find a shop in 1.8 miles, and a pub in 2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Gwaun Cottage is a brilliant base for a Welsh escape. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
