"The Barn consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a living/dining room with sitting area with TV and dining seating for two. There is a double bedroom with electric fire, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed, communal, one-acre garden with pond, lawn, furniture, and dark sky observatory, as well as off-road parking. Within 4.5 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. One well-behaved pet welcome. Make a romantic getaway to the countryside of Northumberland with a stay at The Barn. Note: Pond not enclosed, please supervise children at all times. Note: Observartoy has electricity and water. "

Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
