"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with Rangemaster with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, slimline dishwasher and a coffee machine, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests, Smart TV and woodburner stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is parking for two cars, reserved parking bay at Cwm yr Eflwys Beach. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 1.2 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Barn Cottage is a charming base, perfect for beginning your Welsh adventure. Note: Pets to be kept downstairs and off soft furnishings. Note: Beach towels and cot linen not provided. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am."
