"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, utility with fridge/freezer, dining room and sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request) and a single with shower room. Outside there is off-road parking opposite for two cars (pending conversion to hardstanding once planning permission granted) and an elevated garden with lawn and patio with views over to Newport Beach. Two well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies), dogs allowed downstairs only (stairgate to upstairs) and not on soft furnishings. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Pembrokeshire at Delfryn. Within 0.4 miles there is a pub and shop and 2.1 miles a beach. Note: The garden is accessed by approximately 11 steep steps with gate at the top and bottom, please supervise children at all times. Note: There is one step up into the kitchen, please take care."
