This large country house, which dates back 500 years, has the perfect combination of historic charm and contemporary decor, with all the modern facilities you could require. Great Weston is ideal for large parties such as two families or four couples, as there is enough room to have privacy from each other but also a big living area where everyone can come together. Sleeping 9, the Great Weston has 5 bedrooms (3 en-suite) across 2 floors. The main living area is very spacious, with enough room for everyone. The property comes with a log burner, perfect for those late nights in. In the kitchen you will find a range cookers with induction and radiant hobs, as well as a plate warming area and two ovens, one fan assisted. The kitchen also allows use of a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, food processor, slow cooker, blender, coffee machine and microwave, giving you all the mod-cons you need to make your stay feel like home. The property also boasts 2 gardens, both enclosed, one to the front and one to the back. In the rear garden you will find ample space for people to sit and have a barbecue, as well enjoying use if the hot tub. Should you bring any equipment, there is also a store for surfboards and bicycles. Due to its central location, Great Western will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
