"6 The Watermark is a semi-detached property situated within the village of Porth. Inside, you will find two bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a family bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, with a sitting area, dining area and kitchen area. Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, Espresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment, a TV, DVD player, selection of books, games and DVDs. Outside, you will find off-road parking for one car and a balcony and patio area with furniture. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. One pet welcome but sorry, no smoking. 6 The Watermark is a superb seaside getaway. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Please note: this property is unable to accommodate a Friday changeover. Note: The property is upgrading some furniture and the kitchen and it might look different to the current images."
