"Lanngorrow has an open-plan kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, wine chiller, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dining table seating six and a TV. The sitting room contains a TV, and the study has a desk. The bedrooms consist of 3 X king-size rooms, one with a Juliette balcony and en-suite shower room, and a twin room, serviced by a bathroom. Off-road parking for two cars, additional roadside parking nearby, EV charging, enclosed multilevel garden with terrace, hot tub, table and chairs, Broil King gas barbeque with a pizza oven. Bed linen, towels, electric, fuel, power, eco central heating and WiFi are all included. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles, beach in 0.8 miles. Lanngorrow is an idyllic base for those seeking to explore the beauty of Cornish beaches. Please note: This property can only accommodate a maximum of eight guests, including children plus one additional infant."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
