"Lake View consists of an open-plan living space with double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for four people, Smart TV, woodburning stove, and underfloor heating. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin (zip/link) with Smart TV, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio, gravelled area, and furniture, and ample designated, off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Lake View is a first-rate base for a Cornwall escape. Note: Property situated on a farm, please supervise pets. Note: Steps up to property, please take care. Note: Situated in over 15 acres of field and woodland which guests will have access to."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
