"The Treetop Nook, a first-floor room consists of a double bed and sitting area with Smart TV and kettle. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, and river in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes unless in a permitted area. Stay at The Treetop Nook for a rural retreat in Devon. Note: There will be no facilities open onsite between 24/12/25 - 03/01/26 (swimming pool, launderette). Note: The d+®cor may differ slightly to the one photographed, however all advertised facilities will be provided. The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site. Note: There is no pub on site. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
