"Pebble & Pine is a single-storey house with an open-plan living space with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining seating for six people, and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes unless in a permitted area. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Pebble & Pine is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: No facilities open between 24/12/25 - 03/01/26 (swimming pool, bar, laundrette). Note: D+®cor may differ to photographs, but all advertised facilities will be provided. Note: Some facilities must be pre-booked, are time-limited, and 18+. Note: No bikes, scooters or skateboards permitted on-site. Note: Use of plug sockets and extension leads not allowed. Note: Barbecues on patio only. Note: Registered assistance dogs accepted with registration paperwork and prior agreement."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
